THE TOP 5 THINGS WE’RE EXCITED FOR AT THIS YEAR’S CYCLE SHOW

All of the See.Sense team agree that the NEC Cycle Show has to be one of the best and most well organised trade shows out there. It was great to meet and talk to so many of you guys there last year and that’s why we re-booked our stand straight away.

The Cycle Show of 2016 is in sight. Running from the 23rd-25th September it won’t be long in going in! This year the show celebrates its 15th birthday, and it’s set to be the biggest yet. With over 27,000 attending last year, we can’t wait to see what this year will look like! For us it isn’t just a trade show, it’s an opportunity to be in the middle of a melting pot of cutting edge cycling technology and innovation.

So here’s a rundown of the top five attractions we can’t wait to see at this year’s show:

SEAN KELLY

Last year the team were super excited to meet legend King Kelly introduce him to ICON and give him a personal demonstration of it (we even managed to get him in a See.Sense T-shirt!). We were also lucky enough to get Sean Kelly to sign a copy of Rouleur’s latest edition for us to take home, it is now sitting pride of place in our office! It would be fantastic to see him at the stand again this year.

MARTYN ASHTON

Famed for his enduring passion and relentless drive, Maryn’s career is famed within the cycling industry – the four time bike-time British BikeTrail Champion and former World Expert BikeTrial Champion is therefore one of the highly anticipated guests at this year’s show. A true inspiration.

FSA WE ELECTRONIC GROUPSET

After much anticipation, FSA or Full Speed Ahead are to launch their WE 11 speed electronic groupset at Eurobike later this month.  We’re hoping to get a look at one in action at the show in Birmingham.

CONDOR CYCLES

One of our London stockists, Condor’s latest collaboration with Brookes England for their 150th anniversary has prompted the release of a special edition Leggero – we think its absolutely stunning and can’t wait to see it in the flesh!

VELOVIXEN CYCLING HUB

Celebrating the growth and success of women’s cycling in the UK, the VeloVixen Cycling Hub will host a variety of thought provoking and topical discussions from inspirational female cyclists and industry experts, while showcasing a range of cutting edge female specific cycling wear and accessories.

We can’t wait until the show, and hope you can make it! Don’t forget to enter our competition to WIN an ICON+ set and a pair of tickets to the show! Enter here
