The ULTIMATE 2017 Christmas gift guide for cyclists

Are you stuck for Christmas gift ideas for the cyclist in your life who already has everything? From bib tights to novelty multi-tools, we understand that us cyclists can be a tricky lot to chose for at the best of times! But with many of us now on the countdown to Christmas 2017, it’s definitely time to start thinking about that shopping list.

Buying gifts for cyclists can be daunting at times, but not to worry! With Christmas just around the corner, we have taken the stress out of your search by coming up with 16 great present ideas. Here we have pulled together the very best in cycling kit, accessories, gadgets and nifty gifts -by cyclists, for cyclists.

Rouler Greg LeMond Enamel Mug £13

These enamel mugs have been quite a big hit in our office recently, and you can’t beat a good cycling quote for a bit of inspiration to head out on the bike after work.

Our favourite one is: “It never gets easier, you just get faster” by legend Greg LeMond - who has suffered more than his fair share of heartbreak himself. Ther are lots of other designs available too.

Resolute Bay - LS 1 Reflective Commuter Rain Jacket £120.00

This jacket is one of our favourites from Resolute Bay - The LS1 rain jacket is ideal for commuting.

The reflective stripes that run through the jackets fabric shell are pretty much invisible during the day, reacting to car headlights at night - just like our lights.

See.Sense X Victory Chimp Reflective City Socks £13.00

“I have too many pairs of cycling socks”, said no cyclist - ever. Earlier this year we teamed up with Victory Chimp to release these lovely city socks with reflective yarn to keep cyclists even more visible. The socks have been huegley popular so far.

The ideal Christmas present for any cyclist who commutes, trains or goes for social spins at the weekend.

OG Doughnut stem cap £14, Forever Pedalling

Novelty has been a big thing in cycling for quite a while now, and it’s definitely not going anywhere anytime soon.

These doughnut stem caps would make the perfect stocking filler for anyone who enjoys the bun run every now and again.

Hiplok Z LOK: LIME

This is a really neat little product. The first ever re-usable zip style tie. As they come in pairs, they can be used on lots of other objects, not just on your bike. The Z lock is a favourite from our Designer, Jonny.

Galibier Mistral Foul II Weather Jacket £67.45

Another much loved See.Sense team favourite for our group rides (girls and boys) is this jacket. It keeps you nice and toasty, even when it's freezing.

One thing we have also noticed is how effective the reflective strips are on the back of the jacket, very bright and one of the best we've ever seen!

Victory Chimp Hill Repeats T- Shirt and socks bundle £31

The Hill repeats design from Victory Chimp is one of our absolute favourites. At £31 for the bundle, we think this is really good value too.

We can vouch for the quality of all of Victory Chimps products - there are some really good Christmas gift bundles available on the website here.

New Lights - See.Sense ICON+ lights £149.99

Give the gift of light this Christmas to someone you love with a pair of our super bright See.Sense ICON lights, made here in Northern Ireland.

We do also have gift vouchers available here at lots of different values - to suit any budget.

Cycling Sportive Entry, along with Science in Sport Gel Variety Pack

Why not give the gift of motivation to a cycling buddy this Christmas by paying for their entry into a local cycling sportive that you can do along with them!

If you wanted to get something to go with the entry so they have something to open, you could throw in a few gels from SIS to get them going on the day.

Rapha Essentials Case £45

A slightly more premium stocking filler, but a really useful one in our opinion - we think almost any cyclist would be really happy with this on Christmas morning.

Ideal for training and social rides, the robust leather case is perfect storage for vital cycling items. The zipped case easily fits a spare tube, multi-tool and protects your valuables from the elements.

Ass Saver (Big) £9.99

It does what it says.. and we love them.

Morvelo Doughboy Cycling Cap £15

Continuing with the novelty theme, and also the 'you can never have enough' theme - this pizza cycling cap from one of our favourite brands Morvelo caught our eye a while ago.

A cycle cap is a classic present and can be used year round - and who doesn't like pizza?

Chain Reaction Cycles Gift Voucher

With hundreds of thousands of products to choose from, your lycra clad loved ones won't be disappointed on Christmas morning with an e-Gift Voucher from CRC.

The good part about it is how easy it is, you simply enter the giftee's email address and the voucher will go straight into their inbox - which is great for any last minute presents once the shops close on Chistmas Eve.

Tacx Satori Smart Trainer complete with Zwift Subscription

If you do have the budget, this might make any serious cyclists Christmas dreams come true!

The Satori smart trainer uses complex tech to measure speed, cadence and power - feeding that right back to the rider in real time.

When the smart trainer is complimented with a Swift Subscription, cyclists can compete in virtual races with other riders from their home.

Pro Cycling Trumps Legends A2 Print

Now you can feature 54 true cycling legends in your home to inspire you and brighten up any room.

The cycling legends have been represented in a stripped back, pop-art way to give a more stylish and artistic look that would be suitable to adorn any wall.

Firebox Fixie Bike Pizza Cutter £14.99

Becuase now even your cutlery needs to be cycle related! Seriously though, these are really cool and everyone deserves to cut their Pizza using a miniature bicycle.

Available in six different colours, you might even be able to match their bike!
