At the moment we are dispatching orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders are shipped on business days only.
For UK deliveries we use Royal Mail. Our international delivery partner is Royal Mail/DHL. The international delivery times are door to door.
Please be aware that full International Tracking is not available in all countries. Particularly South America, the Middle East and Asia. Please get in touch if you wish to know whether full tracking is available for your destination country.

See.Sense is a Northern Ireland based company.
We ship all our orders either direct from Northern Ireland or if possible from warehouses in GB and USA (if the orders have been placed from these areas). Northern Ireland remains a part of the European single market and the customs union. As such, there are no additional charges, fees or duties on orders delivered from us to Europe, GB or worldwide. Purchasing direct from us has not changed due to Brexit.

Please note: Here at See.Sense we correctly mark all packages with the appropriate XI EORI number. If you are EU based and you are challenged for an additional fee, please flag this at your end with the courier. Let them know the XI EORI number and remind them that the parcel has been delivered from Northern Ireland which remains part of the European single market and customs union.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We hope you will love your See.Sense lights. However, if you’re not completely satisfied we promise to fully refund any item you return to us within 30 days of purchase, so long as it’s unused and in its original packaging.
RETURNING AN ITEM
If you would like to return an item please send us an email to email@example.com, giving your order number and a proof of purchase.
We will authorise the return and send instructions on how, and where, to return your items. If returning an item, please place any goods in their original packaging and ensure all accessories are included.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
We have a 30 day returns policy. If you're not completely satisfied with an item and it has not been used, you can return it to us for a full refund.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND YET?
The speed of our customer service is really important to us and we aim to process all refunds within 5 working days of your order arriving back to us. If more than 7 days have passed and you haven’t received a refund then please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Before you do that, it’s worth checking with your bank to see if they have a record of the refund as sometimes they take a while to process refunds.

All See.Sense lights come with a 24 month manufacturers warranty
We offer a full 24 month guarantee. Every light is carefully inspected and tested before being assembled and packaged by hand. These lights are ambassadors for us and for our future brand. We take a lot of care to get them right. Each unit is thoroughly tested before being packaged and shipped out.
We stand behind our products, if you should have an issue with your light, then please contact us.
Conditions: We offer a warranty for See.Sense products for 24 months from the original date of purchase by the original owner (proof of purchase required). This warranty covers parts and workmanship on the LED light housing, LED, mounting bracket and electronics but not normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper use, attempting to access the electronics, modifying the electronics, accidental damage or failure due to neglect.
If you need to make a claim on the warranty, please open a support ticket and a brief explanation of the fault. If the light was not purchased from See.Sense directly, please provide your original receipt.
Do not attempt to disassemble See.Sense. or to modify the electronics. Doing so will void this warranty.
