See.Sense Bike Week UK Competition Terms and Conditions

The Competition begins on 10th June 2024 and ends on 16th June 2024 (the "Entry Period"). Complete steps to enter have been listed below. 

Eligibility 

Only one entry per person is permitted and entry is open to UK residents only. Only individuals who are 18+ years old at the time of entry. Employees of See.Sense and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Entrants must have recorded a bike ride by connecting their See.Sense light to the See.Sense app and have opted in to share data during UK Bike Week (10-16th June, 2024) period, and have shared a post on social media using hashtag #SeeSenseBikeHero to be eligible.    

Prizes 

• See.Sense ICON3 Front Light valued at £99.00
• See.Sense Phone & Accessories Pouch valued at £19.99
• The prize has no cash, and the price is not transferable.

Winner Selection 

The winner will be selected randomly by See.Sense from eligible entries and will be notified via email within 7 days after the end of the Entry Period. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, a new winner may be selected.  Once the winner has been verified, the winner will be announced on our social media.

Personal Data & General Terms

Each entrant agrees and understands that all personal information provided to the promoters will be available for marketing and advertising purposes (e.g. automatically sign up to the See.Sense newsletter) to conduct the competition and for ongoing marketing activities conducted by the Promoters in future business or competition activities.

• If you are to be the winner, you may have to provide additional information (including, without limitation, proof of age or identity) and/or complete additional documents and return them to the Company within a specified period. Failure to provide additional information and/or complete additional documents within the required time, or notification returned as undeliverable as addressed will result in your disqualification as a winner and other alternative winners will be selected. 
• The promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries it believes are fraudulent or are not within the ethos of fair usage. 
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by Northern Irish Law. See.Sense (Limeforge Ltd) will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
• See.Sense do not take any responsibility for loss, injury or damage incurred by the winner of this competition. 
• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
